When to get one

The numbers feel wrong. Nobody can tell you why.

You can't fix what you can't see. If two of these sound familiar, start here.

The ad platform says ROAS is fine. Your bank account disagrees.

Spend went up last quarter. Sales didn't follow.

Your report is all clicks and impressions. Revenue is a footnote.

Google and Meta both claim the same sale. Nobody knows which one is true.

What the audit does

Three things. Every audit.

Most of what we find is money you have already paid for.

Finds your leaks

Wasted rupees, duplicate budgets, broken tracking, and campaigns that eat each other's sales.

Finds your winners

The audiences, creatives, search terms and campaigns that sell, but are starved of budget.

Gives you the fix list

Every issue paired with a fix, ranked by impact and effort. What to do first, and what recovers the most money fastest.

What we usually find

The leaks hide where reports don't look.

A few patterns that come up again and again.

Performance Max pushing budget into display and video, while a healthy blended ROAS hides it.

Ads running on junk apps and unrelated YouTube videos. Often the biggest silent drain.

Brand searches paid for twice, by Search and by Performance Max.

Lead campaigns tuned to form fills, so Google and Meta buy cheap leads that never close.

Meta taking credit for sales it didn't drive, so platform ROAS and the bank never match.

Cities that look profitable, until COD returns are counted.

Audit questions

Straight answers.

Anything else, ask on the call. Or see how we run PPC management and e-commerce consulting.

Who is the forensic audit for?

D2C and e-commerce brands already running Google Ads and Meta Ads who suspect the numbers should be better. Lead-gen accounts too. If you work with an agency, it is a fair way to check their work.

What does a typical audit find?

Usually 8 to 15 material issues that the in-house team or current agency had missed. Each one comes with evidence, a priority score and the fix.

What access do you need?

Read-only access to Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4 and, for e-commerce, Merchant Center. We cannot change anything in your account, and you can remove us the day the audit ends.

How long does it take?

Seven to ten working days from the day read-only access is in place. The walkthrough call is booked before we start, so you know the date up front.

Is the audit the same for every account?

No. It is shaped to how you sell: D2C or catalogue e-commerce, lead gen through forms or WhatsApp, local, marketplace or B2B, with COD returns counted for Indian brands. Every number is judged against your break-even, not a generic benchmark.

Can you check again after the fixes?

Yes, on request. A re-audit shows what is really fixed, what is still open and anything new, with a before and after view of waste recovered and revenue gained.

Who actually does the audit?

Senior strategists, by hand, line by line. The same people take your team through the findings on the walkthrough call.

How is the fee worked out?

It is a fixed fee. It depends on your average monthly ad spend over the last 90 days, and on whether we audit one platform or Google and Meta together. We confirm scope on a twenty-minute call and send the quote within 24 hours.

Do you audit Amazon or LinkedIn ads too?

The audit is built for Google and Meta, where most budgets sit. Amazon Ads or LinkedIn Ads can be added on request. We scope that on the call.

Ask about the audit

Let's find your leaks.

A twenty-minute scoping call. A fixed quote within 24 hours.

Tell us about the account. We look at it before we reply, so when we talk, we're already talking about your numbers.

  1. You send the basics

Brand, monthly spend, which platforms. Two minutes.

  2. We look before we talk

If it's clearly not a fit, we'll tell you by email and save you the call.

  3. Thirty minutes together

Where the money is leaking, what we'd do, and whether you want us to do it.
