PPC management that answers to revenue.
Your ads, run by the people who plan them. Every campaign is built around what a customer is worth to you, and judged on one thing: did it make money?
The split follows margin and intent. It moves every month to whatever is paying back fastest.
Most accounts don't have a budget problem. They have a structure problem.
What we usually find in the first week of a takeover.
Brand and non-brand sit in one campaign. Your brand sales make the whole account look healthy.
Performance Max has the keys. No feed work, no exclusions, no idea what it is actually buying.
The same Meta creatives have run for six weeks. Frequency is up, results are down, nobody is rotating.
Conversions are counted twice, or not at all. So the bidding learns the wrong lesson every day.
Recognise any of these? The forensic audit finds every one of them in your account, with the fix list.
Google and Meta. Two engines, one plan.
Google catches the demand. Meta creates it. Budget moves to whichever pays back faster.

What changed when brands let us run the account.
Platform-reported figures for the period in each case.
Want numbers like these on your account?Only if the maths works on both sides. That's what the first call is for.
Ninety days to rebuild. Ninety more to scale.
We'd rather say it now than have you hear it from us in month two.
Audit and set-up
Tracking first. If the data is wrong, everything built on it is wrong.
Rebuild and test
New structure, a creative pipeline, budget rules tied to your margins.
First signals
Most accounts show measurable improvement here. If yours doesn't, we change the plan.
Stabilise
The larger gains usually land here, as budget settles into what's proven.
Scale
More money behind what has already paid for itself.
Straight answers.
Anything else, ask on the call. Or read about the forensic audit and e-commerce consulting.
What is the minimum ad budget you work with?
Two lakh rupees a month on each platform we run. Below that, Google and Meta do not collect enough conversion data to optimise properly, and you would be paying us to watch an account that cannot learn.
Can you take over from our current agency?
Yes. Most of our clients came from another agency or an in-house team. We start with read-only access, audit the account, and switch over without pausing anything that works.
Who owns the ad accounts and data?
You do. We work inside your own Google and Meta accounts with the access you give us. Nothing is set up in our name, and you can remove us at any time.
Do we need to run both Google and Meta?
Not always. Google catches existing demand, Meta creates new demand, and each makes the other cheaper. If the budget is tight we usually start with the channel closest to the sale and add the second once it pays back.
How do you report on performance?
A live dashboard you can open any time, a discussion call every fortnight, and a full review every month. We report spend, revenue and cost per customer first. Clicks and impressions are in the appendix.
How long is the engagement?
An initial three months, then month to month with 30 days notice. Fees depend on spend, platforms and creative needs, and we discuss them on the call.
Let's look at your account.
Thirty minutes. We look at the account before we talk. We reply within one working day, either way.
Tell us about the account. We look at it before we reply, so when we talk, we're already talking about your numbers.
You send the basics
Brand, monthly spend, which platforms. Two minutes.
We look before we talk
If it's clearly not a fit, we'll tell you by email and save you the call.
Thirty minutes together
Where the money is leaking, what we'd do, and whether you want us to do it.
Already with an agency that isn't delivering? So were six in ten of the brands we work with today.
